Our Programs - after-school
After-School Programs
Our After-School Ballet Program in Perth offers high-quality pre-professional dance training for students who wish to pursue serious ballet studies while continuing their regular academic schooling. Students can attend up to 14 hours of dance tuition per week, making it an ideal pathway for families seeking elite ballet training outside of school hours. With a strong focus on technique, artistry and progressive development, our after-school program provides an excellent foundation for students aspiring to future entry into full-time ballet training or professional dance pathways
Foundation Program
The Foundation Ballet Program is designed for young boys and girls aged between 8 - 11 years of age beginning their dance journey or developing their early potential in classical ballet. Classes focus on the fundamentals of ballet, including posture, alignment, coordination, strength, flexibility and musicality. Younger students often work on the floor to build body awareness and correct placement in a safe and age-appropriate way. Previous ballet experience is not always essential; we look for students with a natural love of movement, curiosity to learn, dedication and physical attributes suited to classical ballet training.
Following completion of Foundation B, students may progress by invitation or audition into our Full-Time Ballet Program, Year 1, or continue within our after-school pathway into Junior 1. Student placement is based on ability, readiness, maturity and ongoing development rather than age alone. Through regular coaching, personalised feedback and careful assessment, each dancer is supported to progress into the most suitable level for their training and long-term goals.

After-School Program
Our After-School Dance Program in Perth is designed for students who are passionate about dance, committed to developing excellence in training, and wish to continue progressing at a high level while maintaining a traditional high school education. This pathway is ideal for students who love classical ballet and performance but may not necessarily wish to pursue ballet as a full-time career pathway. Students attend their regular academic school during the day and participate in structured ballet classes and specialist dance training in the evenings.
The program provides high-quality tuition in a supportive and inspiring environment, allowing students to build strong technique, artistry, discipline and confidence while balancing school and dance commitments. Throughout the year, our Foundation and After-School students receive valuable performance opportunities in Perth theatres and professional venues, including appearances in classical ballet repertoire, full-scale ballet productions, contemporary dance performances, Spanish dance showcases, classical variations and corps de ballet repertoire presentations. Students have performed at leading venues such as the Crown Theatre and His Majesty's Theatre, giving them meaningful stage experience and the opportunity to share their love of dance with audiences.
