Zrinka Highfield (Chair)
Miss Highfield brings extensive experience across the not-for-profit sector, with a strong focus on governance, community engagement, and sustainable organisational growth. She has worked closely with boards, volunteers, and stakeholders to strengthen operational structures, support strategic planning, and ensure organisations remain purpose-driven while financially and ethically sound. A strong supporter of the arts and classical ballet, Zrinka is passionate about the role the arts play in enriching communities and supporting the development of young artists.

Amanda Sparks (Treasurer)
Ms. Sparks is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years' experience in finance, reporting, and governance for entities listed on the ASX and unlisted entities. 

Jacqui Ecclestone (Secretary)
Ms Ecclestone is a retired Secretary with a background in corporate communication and information dissemination, and experience in community financial counselling. 

John Hammond (Board member)
Mr. Hammond is a Barrister and Solicitor with over 35 years' experience in law, including serving as a Managing Director.

Sharon Dalla Costa (Board member)
Ms Dalla Costa is the Managing Director of Youth Ballet WA and Professional dancer and dance teacher with over 30 years' experience in the dance industry. 

Sonya Shepherd (Board member)
Ms Shepherd is the Performance Director of Youth Ballet WA and Director of Charlesworth Ballet School and Ballet Collective Australia and has over 30 years' experience in the dance industry.

Slava Tutukin (Board member)
Mr Tutukin was a student of the prestigious Vaganova Ballet Academy and graduated with distinction in 2008. After a successful career as a soloist dancer, Mr Tutukin is now the Managing Director of the Tanya Pearson Academy.
